SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched on the same day if placed before [your cutoff time, e.g., 2 PM], otherwise within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
UK Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We offer two delivery options:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Delivery Issues
While we work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@jakomstores.com and we'll help track down your package.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at info@jakomstores.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We only deliver to UK addresses at this time.
